Standard Cargo Unit

Customers purchase freight capacity in standardized cargo blocks. FLN dispatching may consolidate or split blocks between vessels as needed.

Up to 500 tonnes and up to 500 m³ of cargo.

Freight Charge

6,000 CIS or 2,400 CAT for Standard Delivery within 5 days.

Flat service charge per SCU before route fuel.

Minimum

1 SCU

Small shipments are accepted, but billed as one full SCU.

Standard Route Quote = (SCUs × SCU Service Level Rate CIS or CAT) + Route Table Fuel Cost SCUs required = greater of cargo tonnes ÷ 500 or cargo m³ ÷ 500, rounded up.

Service Terms

Simple terms for standard freight requests. Contract routes may receive custom pricing or scheduling priority.

Standardized packaging: All freight is billed in Standard Cargo Units of up to 500t and 500m³.
Minimum shipment: The minimum billable shipment is 1 SCU.
Fuel surcharge: Fuel is charged separately according to the applicable route table or quoted fuel burn.
Dispatch discretion: The FLN may combine multiple SCUs on one vessel or split freight across multiple vessels.
Capacity pricing: Published rates may be adjusted during periods of high demand or limited fleet availability.
